Maintenance

Whether you want an annual service or just need to make sure that everything is in working order, scheduling maintenance in advance with ESS ensures that your machines are always working to their full capacity - creating less downtime from unexpected breakdowns of your catering equipment.

Our preventative manintenance may include:
  • Component checks - all components examined to ensure they are working efficiently and are in good condition.
  • Water pressure and drainage checks
  • Electrical safety checks
  • Gas safety certificate
  • PAT testing (on request)
If our engineers find that repair work is required, they can efficiently identify what is needed and arrange for a quick fix, keeping your downtime to an absolute minimum.
Contract options

1. Preventative maintenance
Detailed maintenance checklist with each machine listed in an agreed schedule. The number of visits per annum is typically two, however can be flexible.

2. Preventative maintenance with labour inclusive
Additionally we can provide service calls due to equipment breakdown with no extra cost for labour and travelling. Spare parts fitted will be invoiced at our current rate of charge.

3. Preventative maintenance with labour and parts comprehensive
Includes all the preventive maintenance work as described above. In addition the supply and fitting of mechanical and electrical parts to effect repairs at no extra cost (excluding accessory and ancillary items and compressors for refrigeration equipment).
